DANCE Yoga
An exploration of the eternal flow of natural movement through yoga. Beginning with yoga-breath or the experience of prana initiating yogasanas, Dance Yoga flows into an exploration of free-form, breath driven movement to liberate one's life-force and cultivate embodied freedom and creativity while building one's strength, flexibility, and balance.
Come ready with your towel and ready to boogie on the dance floor to some melodic electronic tribal dance music!

Chinese Aerobic Kickboxing
This is an intense, revolutionary training program for men and women . Tired of bench classes, stair masters and tread mills? How about a workout that accomplishes better results and at the same time you learn martial arts techniques? While you are getting into shape firming, toning, losing body fat and increasing endurance, you will learn basic Martial Arts techniques ( kicking and punching) that could be used to protect yourself and loved ones. Why not learn something useful while getting into shape at the same time!
Chinese Martial Arts (Gung Fu)
All students will be trained through the basic exercises. These will improve health, increase speed, flexibility, Strength and stamina. Within weeks, students will feel a definite improvement in their overall well-being. Students will also benefit from the strengthening of body and mind that results from participating in Gung Fu classes along with co-ordination, alertness and self-awareness. Every Tuesday-Thursday- 7:00-8:30pm.
